Sunbird was founded on a simple belief: Palestine’s greatest strength lies in its people, especially its youth.
Across Palestine, young people are leading conversations, building initiatives, and envisioning new futures for their communities. But many youth-led organizations lack stable funding, institutional support, or long-term visibility.
Sunbird was created to bridge this gap.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we bring together donors, partners, and community members who believe in independent thought, civic leadership, and empowered local institutions. By supporting Palestinian-led media, research, and youth programs, we help ensure that real and lasting change remains in the hands of the people creating it.
