Donations

Donations made to Sunbird are generally non-refundable, as they are used to support our mission and programs.

Refunds may be issued only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Processing errors

  • Other situations required by law

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time frame and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
